Day 1 -- 7:15AM -- Hong Kong time zone -- Regal Hong Kong Hotel... I awake as Caro begins to scream from the shower that there is still no hot water. It is at this point that I decide it is time to inform her that the hot & cold work backwards here. She rotates the knob and is immediately gratified (okay okay I too forgot about it until just now).
