Well I know its the pride of KC and all, but if you want the BBQ in China, they do it Texas style here. Sorry KC! (Actually, Hong Kong does have a uniquely distinct flavor in their own BBQ pork dim sum, but outside of this, they assume BBQ, as with many things American, originated in Texas)
